Arizona Balloon Safaris was Awesome!!!

Arizona Balloon Safaris was an amazing adventure. It was the biggest Hot Air Balloon in the North America’s so we had a very smooth ride. Our pilot gave so much interesting information about both the balloon and the landscape. The whole crew was very friendly and always willing to take many pictures with your phone/camera. Loved the red carpet ceremony at the end. The breakfast provided was very tasty. I would highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Definitely a wonderful experience

The whole staff is amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to fly in a big balloon. I was very nervous but they were able to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me for sure . Oh and breakfast was delicious thank you .

Absolutely amazing!

Arizona Balloon Safari’s was an amazing experience for me and my daughter for her birthday during my last visit to Arizona. Randy is a great host and you can tell he loves what he does everyday! Alex was our tour guy that transported us from the parking lot where our group met up to where we actually launched from. He was so cool and funny!

You HAVE to do this if you get the chance. It is an amazing experience.

Let down. Again.

This is the second time they have canceled. The first time they canceled the night before. This time they drove us around for 2 hours where we saw other balloons in the air only to be brought back to our cars and cancelled again. There was another couple who said this was the third time. We live out of town and can't afford to keep taking off of work for this.

BEST DAY EVER

This was a bucket list activity for myself and my husband. We did our first balloon adventure as a unique way to celebrate our anniversary. I have to admit I was a little bit nervous leading up to it, but this experience will go down as one of the best experiences EVER! This company is an experienced and well oiled machine from beginning to end! They leave nothing out! Our pilot, Scott was incredibly experienced , knowledgeable and explained everything to us so that we understood and could feel comfortable and safe. The team, led by Earl was organized, friendly and made it a fun day for everyone. The breakfast was delicious, the champagne toast and certificate added to the PERFECT day! Don’t miss this opportunity with this amazing company!

Sunrise Flight

I did their Breakfast Sunrise Tour. Got about an hour and 15 mins of actual flight but the whole process of setup and take down was part of the experience. I’d definitely recommend one of their flights. It was absolutely worth every penny.

A GREAT TIME

Was an amazing experience. The crew was great and treated everyone as they were special. Our driver, Earl, was entertaining as we traveled to the launch site and returned. Our pilot, Scott, was very informative throughout the flight. My wife is afraid of heights and she would go again. We would recommend ABS to anyone.

It was a gift from our kids and we were going to be in the area for a short time. Our first date was canceled due to rain. We were leaving in a couple of weeks and the were all booked up so we were going to have to miss the ride but they made it happen for us. We had an awesome experience. All the workers did a wonderful job

Awesome Experience For an Early Morning!

The whole experience was just wonderful, waking up at 3:45am was only hard part. The ride was great Randy was an excellent pilot and made everyone comfortable. Their ground team as well get a good shout out for being inviting, kind, and ready to help.

The Desert breakfast with Champaign toast was an excellent end to the day!

Good experience, great crew!

This was a great first time experience! The ONLY con and the reason they are getting 4 stars is b/c, for the amt we paid, which we did score a good deal, (check Groupon) our time was cut short. Time said 6am-10am, but we def were done with everything by 8-830am. I feel that we should have been up in the air longer because it was rather quick. But other than that, the whole crew was sweet and def dope! The explanations, the fun stories, the customer service was A1.

We had to meet at our destination about 6:15a, no bathrooms so don't drink any coffee! I'm an avid coffee drinker so this was hard for me. However, where we met it was a Safeway and they are open. After weather and air testing and the inflation of the balloon it took about 45 minutes. We were up in the air for another hour or so and the breakfast was where we landed. Desert terrain so make sure you wear closed toed shoes. Randy is awesome, totally makes the entire flight memorable and he is very talkative, which is nice when you are with a group of strangers and no one really talks. We had about maybe 12 people in our basket. The basic is divided in different sections, I assume to keep the basket weight from shifting. The breakfast was good and everything was fresh. I saw other balloonist parties and they didn't have the same set up we did. Ours was nice and the ceremony was nice too. I wouldn't go with any other company.
