WOW!! WOW!! WOW!!
If you're looking for THE friendlyist, most amazing people running balloon flights then these are the company to go with.
From communication about the experience (we were booking directly from the UK so needed to ask a few questions) to arriving at the pickup location through to take off and landing then being brought back to our original location was so smooth and well done that we simply can't fault any of it.
Once we were collected at the arranged point we were taken off in to the desert to the take off location. Apparently this changes with the winds so it could be a different spot for other trips. We watched the team unpack the basket and balloon and expertly put it all together in only 15-20 minutes so you weren't standing around for ages doing nothing you actually had an amazing view of the guys n girls errecting everything and double checking everything was safe.
Then we were all boarded, given a safety briefing and it was then time to head in to the skies. It's hard to describe exactly how it felt and what is was like so I've added lots of pictures and you can see exactly what it was like.
Our pilot, Scott, gave us lots of info on the surrounding area and locations, things to see and pointed out various areas that they would sometimes take off from. He showed us wehre we were going to land, talked us through the landing and we came back down to earth so effortlessly.
Once back on the ground we were given an amazing dessert breakfast and a wonderful tradition too, if you book you'll find out what this is.
We'd like to say a massive thank you to all the staff on the 16th Sept flight, you all worked so hard and made out trip so amazing.
This is an imperssive outfit and when we're back in Arizone we're going again.
