We had a great time. Course ride through the Desert was fantastic. Fun and the educational. Spending time in the small town was also a great experience. I would advise eating lunch as part of the tour. My 3 kids age 11, 9, 7 loved the whole experience.

Always fun! We went the first time four years ago when my kids were 13 and 18 for the ride, the western town activities (shooting, bow & arrow, tomahawk throwing) and cookout. My girls loved it then and wanted to do it again. We asked for Chris to be our wrangler and he reluctantly agreed. ;) He's the best -... More

We did this last Saturday morning, April 8th while visiting the area. This place is so much fun. There was just the two of us with Wrangler Sam. Sam was a great guide and he is so kind and polite. Even though he is not originally from AZ, he answered every question we had . The ride is great, the... More

We had a great time today at canyon creek ranch with our awesome guide Sam. He was so kind, authentic and extremely knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable and safe during all of our activities and horse riding. Our 14 year old son loved all the activities. We learned so much and highly recommend this activity and our guide Sam.

Our stay in Arizona has been highlighted by this one afternoon. We were running a little behind schedule and got there about a half hour late, once we called the they said "I'll tell the cowboy", the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We had Rusty as our tour guide and he did an amazing job telling us all about... More

Our group of 6 - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 11 year old and 8 year old knew this was going to be a great time from our ride in over the creek and down the unpaved road. The 2 60+ers opted out of the horse back ride, but the other 4 (all rookies but 1) bravely mounted up and headed... More

This was one of the highlights of Spring Break! I have two sons, ages 8 and 10, who had never ridden a horse before. What a great first experience! From the moment we got to the ranch, all of the "wranglers" were very friendly, energetic and helpful. Scott was our guide and he was fantastic! You ride through the canyon... More

The whole family participated in horseback riding, lunch and western games. The best part was the horseback riding. Our guide was Scott and he was really great. Worked with the younger kids and grandfather alike. Everyone seemed to really want to be sure we were having a good time--and we did. When we return to Scottsdale, we will probably go... More

We flew into Phoenix for a week long trip to the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. We saw Canyon Creek Ranch on Tripadvisor and thought we would try it out. This ranch is so much more than just horseback rides and scenery. The Western activities; bow and arrow, pistol shooting, and tomahawk throwing made the day a real adventure. My... More
