Quite a scenic track, with good table seats inside the second and third floor restaurants. Food is good and not expensive. Free parking and admission. Nice way to spend the afternoon.

Turf Paradise has something (nearly) for everyone (adults). While the horses aren't the greatest, the races are as competitive as most of the bigger name tracks and via closed circuit tv you can watch and bet on live races going on at other tracks around...More

Great place to spend the afternoon during the racing season (Oct-may). $1 admission, seniors free on Mon & Tues. Plenty of open-air grandstand to sit out of the sun if so inclined. Easy to get to and generally not crowded.

With a 5 yr old, we enjoyed an afternoon of racing on St Patrick's Day, a $1 day event. First thing one sees is the colorful landscaping - beds of flowers, & tropicals recovering from the frost. It was fairly crowded, but we had little...More

We sat in the club house. The food was great & so was the service. We didn't really win, but had fun. Great day out.

I would not take children under 13 to the track that day. Will be very crowded because it is both Kentucky Derby Day as well as Cinqo de Mayo. Could get a bit rowdy.
