Located at the Tempe Center for the Arts, Roland and Susan put on what they describe in their brochure as 'intimate magic theater', and they did not disappoint. Immersing the audience in an experience of world travel, they delighted us with their lighthearted audience banter, awed us with their many tricks of illusion and definitely left us wanting more when... Illusion, Magic, Prestidigitation! Call it what you want, but Roland and Susan will have you scratching your head-how did they do that? And if you are lucky enough, you my get to be in the show. This is up close and personal magic, the way it should be. We saw the show on 4/30/16 and loved every minute. A toast... More

My friend from Illinois was coming for a visit and I always try to find something different each time she visits. I kept seeing Carnival of Illusions but was skeptical because most 'magic' shows I've seen are not great. But the reviews on different sites convinced me to buy the tickets. We saw the show at the Arizona Biltmore, which... More

I was very surprised at the quality of this show. A nice, very small, intimate venue brings the audience into the performance. Not only is the magic good, but the interaction with each other and the audience is very funny. Because it is such a small venue, all the seats are good. The Lodge on the Desert is a lovely... More

We recently saw this show in Tucson, Arizona at Lodge in the Desert. We have been to their performances before and were so blown away with how much new material they have created. It was truly an amazing evening, filled with magic, excitement and they drew the audience into their show which was so special. We were overwhelmed with the... More

This show is top notch and you leave feeling mesmerized and amazed wondering how did they do that! They really make you feel like you are part of their magic with audience participation. Very quaint setting. I'll definitely be back!

We enjoy magic shows and this is one of the very best. I don't think I've even seen a better one in Vegas. And, I've never sat so close or felt so much a part of a show. There is a lot of humor and warm feelings as well as tremendous magic. We were amazed at how many "repeat customers"... More

A classic variety of magical illusions - mind-reading - cutting female victims in half - retrieving marked $100.00 bills from grapefruit - dancing with sharp swords - charming audience member sketching their spouses - excellent family entertainment - very highly recommended - keep live magic alive!

There were so many aspects that I loved about this performance: the intimacy of the venue, the performers continually interacting with the audience, the palpable chemistry between Sarlot and Eyed, the comedy, and let's not forget... the magic. It made for a wonderful evening that I would recommend to anyone.
