The staff was great. The game was fun. We were able to get clues when needed & everyone was able to participate easily. The only thing we didn’t like was that the room got very warm while we were inside.

We did the Speakeasy Room. It was great to come back in person again to do Escape Room 101. Friendly staff and great room with a variety of puzzles.

This place gave me mixed feelings, the games and puzzles were amazing, but the AC had gone out the morning of our game so we weren’t able to play our original game, The Chocolate Factory. We had lots of fun and staff was very helpful! They were nice enough to let us play a game in a cooler room. It was Fathers Day so it was a very cool gift. I’d recommend it, staff was friendly, Kat was a great game master!

We started off by coming in to do one room on a Monday afternoon - the chocolate factory. The manager was less than pleasant over the phone. When we arrived, thankfully we had a nicer employee help us set up and handle us. The chocolate factory was super amazing! Would absolutely recommend it!
When we were done, since there was no one else, we asked to do the dragon egg room. The manager allowed us but again, not thrilled about it. I honestly HATED this room. It made zero sense and no connections really. The poor employee had to keep giving us clues.
Once we were over that room, it was 720 and they do the last room at 8. So we asked if we could do another one and the manager said no; that they were closing. Clearly we bothered the manager by being there and didn’t want to make an extra $100 in sales.

Drew was amazing but screw the male manager who wouldn’t even take the time to come out of his office and ordered his employee around. If you don’t like you’re job, leave!

We did the Magicians' Apprentice. This was our first escape room. We enjoyed it. It was challenging but we started getting the hang of it. However, the clues were given when we were stuck.

Worst employee experience ever. The place was empty and the only employee we saw was clearly annoyed she had to work when we walked in the door, game instructions were provided half-hearted, and after the game was over, shuffled us out the door as quickly as possible no info on the puzzles we missed (only escape room ever that didn't show you what was missed).
The game was great and the puzzles were challenging, the quality of the room was good, but will never return or recommend due to the environment created by the employee.

We took our Girl Scout troop to this escape room and the girls had a blast! We did the Chocolate Factory. It was challenging for all (various ages) and the adults. We didn't actually escape, but we had fun. The clues varied so it wasn't just unlocking locks. The theme was carried out throughout.
The staff was very helpful and we were given clues to help us along. I would highly recommend this escape room.

This escape room was well put together and thought out. We’ve done several game rooms and enjoyed this one.

We did a new room called Murder Mystery, which was a mistake as there were no statistics yet on a success rate and we ended up in an overly difficult room, which may be fine for some, but not for noobs like us. The experience started out poorly from the moment we entered the room as we made a critical mistake and unknowingly played the game the wrong way and the staff never bothered to alert us to this fact and correct us so we could actually play the game the way it was designed.

Specifically, the game was supposed to be started in the dark using flashlights and lamps supplied in the room. When we flipped on the light switch at the beginning, some clues went unfound because of this. They should have told us to turn out the lights as soon as we turned them on in order to play the game the way they designed it. For this reason alone, I feel we should get our money back, not to mention the rest.

The clues for the most part were not clear and made little to no sense. And when they give you all kinds of random numbers all over the place, there is simply no way to know what numbers apply to what or how it all connects. This room was so poorly designed and so overly complicated that the staff had to constantly give us hints and basically tell us how to do everything. We must have had well over over a dozen hints and solutions given to us, and even then we still didn't finish and would have needed another half hour. Had we finished and "escaped," it would have been the staff telling us how to do it.

Not sure the logic in making a room pretty much unsolvable by the average person. Perhaps it was designed for experienced escape room enthusiasts and professionals? If so, that should have been stated, and they absolutely should have told us we made a mistake turning on the lights at the beginning and that the game needed to be started in the dark. Beware that any "success rate" they post for the Murder Mystery room will likely be from them giving teams many hints to solve clues like they did for us, not from people actually solving it on their own.

I don't live in that area and was on vacation, so it's not like I can go back and try another room that is more reasonable. But then, maybe they are all that bad and this company doesn't know how to do rooms. I'll never know. I really just want my money back at this point.
