Pretty spot

We stopped here on our way back to our resort with our guide. Very pretty falls and I'd imagine much more so after a good rain.

On our way to Apia, our guide pulled over and stopped to show us Papapapaitai Falls. It is a beautiful natural wonder. It is definitely worth a look.

Well worth stopping here to see the fabulous falls - just one the beautiful sights along this pretty drive across the island.

Stopped to have a look on our round trip of Upolu. Great view. Maybe having toilet facilities and an eatery would be good.

Exactly as most pictures portray, a very nice water wall from a km away. A nice cafe would probably do well there. A nice stop on the way over to the south coast.

Called in here on my private tour of the island . It's worth stopping to see this beautiful waterfall. But I wouldn't bother making it a special trip from Apia

You really get why this is a wonderful world watching water cascading from the side of a cliff and weaving it's majestic way through the untouched jungle on its way to the sea, round $4.50Nzd for entry and is well worth the visit.

must do. plan to stop for a picnic (byo) snack at the look out in lovely cool gardens that have named plants and shady fales to soak up the jungle view across the canyon to the falls.

These falls are located just to the side of the Cross Island Road and are well signposted and easy to find. Parking is easy if you are driving a rental and the sight is beautiful. Recommended!
