Its even a relaxing place in the middle of nature. There were little fish in the water. We went in for a few minutes, swam to the waterfall and left after around 20 min. There is not much to do unless u go for pic...More
We went just before sunset because we were running behind schedule. A quick walk in with a quicks swim. It was very peaceful with no one around. It isn't the most impressive waterfall in Samoa but it is a nice location.
We visited as part of a small group and were lucky to be visiting at a time when the waterfall was at full force after a decent rainfall. I’d highly recommend insect repellent as there are bugs galore but it’s a small price to pay...More
Unfortunately in September, there had been no substantial rain for about a month. Consequently, the river was dry, there were no waterfalls, and only a few pools. I’m sure it would have been much better after a good bit of rain.
Bit of a walk to get to it but still worth the walk. Only issue is with the stairway down and the facilities badly need restoration.
I mean I know it's technically free to go down and see the beautiful sights as well as swim...More
