This is probably one of the best ski stations in Argentina, very good infrastructure and tracks. Good for beginners and advanced skiers. During the winter, several ski teams from around the world come by to practice there.

I hate ski resorts that damage the spirit of the sport and the mountains. Well.. this is not the case. Ill try to summarize: - little party, high quality events - excellent trainers (I took some classes with Pipi.. but they were all kind) - greaaaat slides - impecable instalations (although the first stop bar is not very clean) -... Overwhelming landscape. Easy access from Ushuaia. The tracks are very good and the quality of snow is the best you can find in South America. And it stays open until the spring, early October. I've been there in late September and the snow was still powder!

This is a great little resort. It is not commercial at all. There are 2 places for gear rental. One right next to the parking lot and a 2nd about 100 meters away. We went to the further location and had no issues. Rented snowboards and they were in very good condition. If you rent and buy lift tickets for... More

Epic!! Just epic can't say it enough if you can go then go hike it. I don't want to spoile it by telling things.. Instead you should go experience it for yourself.

We were looking forward to our ski trip here, but worried about snow level and facilities. Fortunately, got lots of good snow before and during our visit. This is a good place for blue and black skiiers; the place is not huge like in Colorado, but more than adequate for August skiiing. Facilities were excellent, lifts fine, ski rentals slightly... Down to the lift shack, this resort has class and style. This family run mountain is well laid out, with lots of options for beginners. Cerro Castor has a great terrain park and public cross course! Something for everyone! Stop into the bar mid-mountain for a warm drink, it's a cool little spot!

We were not very lucky in terms of quantity of snow but, even though, it was possible to enjoy most of the ski tracks. Nice atmosphere, infra and staff. highly recommended.

If you want nice ski vacation or even some days on the end of the world without the crowd european or american ski centres, this is the one. Only take attention of the beginning of the snow season.
