With matter of fact we can say, it is great views. There are very many plastic bags and bottles that were not picked up and left to ruin the environment.

We were very tired when we were brought here. Honestly if you're passing it's worth stopping for 5mins, but don't make a special journey to get here.

The not five stars review as we saw many people using car and giving it a cursory glance. There is beauty to be seen by walking. Only recommend not walking to those who can not.

Itās a lovely, easy drive up to the pass from Ushuaia. There are several place to stop and look at the snow capped mountains and glaciated valleys. We carried on further to Cabo San Pablo to see the wreck of the Desdemona - the drive is very quiet through different countryside. OK, as long as you donāt mind a slow 27 mile drive on a dirt road.

Part of a National Park in Tierra del Fuego shared with Chile. I was there in November (spring) you could still see snow in the mountains I am glad I got to see it even with the cold weather.

This mirador sits some 30 km from the town of Ushuaia on the road to Rio Grande del Sur. Like all of Tierra del Fuego, if the conditions permit the views are fantastic

Both sweet water lakes, located at the other side of Cordillera Los Andes. Escondido is much smaller but windy than Fagnano, an amazing and huge lake with wonderful views to see and enjoy the forest around it.

Boa sorte !

Hi, I am planning to go to Ushuaia on 25 May 2018 morning and shall be there upto 27 evening.
Is it possible to go at this place.. Isla Martillo? Penguines? Can I do National park in one day? Whether the Park fees include Train end of the world? Are tehre many boat rides? Which is the best? What about helicopter /Aircraft ride? What is must in Ushuaia? I want to make most of the time. Please help. What is Mirador de Lagos Escondido y Fagnano?

Ushuaia is the gateway to Antarctica else why are you there? other than the furthest one can go on land excluding Cape Horn Anyway I highly recommend Heliushuaiar for helicopter ride .I chose Andes landing but unfortunately due to bad weather I did not land above snow line but still landed on the Andes .Check out website for other options I booked through Rumbo Sur tourist office 350 San Martin Ushuaia. They speak good English and can converse with you easily Some tourist offices in Ushuaia have no English speaking personal makes it a bit hard Try not to book through your accommodation as they will charge more but up to you.
As to End of the World Train if you are on limited time and like hiking I would do a half day hike to the glacier which is easy access from town.Else book a day hike to Emerald Lagoon or the like.
You can see part of the National Park in a day you just have to choose what part you want to see A train ride ,a hike or a tour ?
I saw Hidden Lake while on a 4 X 4 day tour which again was booked through Rumbo Star
Penguins there are tours that offer the seeing of penguins but again check the timing and length of tours and always remember penguins are animals and no one can predict what you will see when animals are involved
I saw penguins in Antarctica so did not feel a need to pay to see more penguins
Also if you take your passport to the tourist office down by the harbor they will stamp for you
Not much in Ushuaia itself unless you like tourist shops But they all close noon - 3pm and then reopen 4 - 9/10 pm (dont ask about the hour in between I asked and was never told I think the shopkeepers are getting ready to reopen) for siesta even the tourist office and some do not open on weekends so best check beforehand
Not sure where you are from or how much of the world you have seen but I will warn you of the street dogs they are friendly but as I am a dog lover it did break my heart to see some of the condition of the dogs Most are owned by the shopkeepers and when they come to work the dogs just roam and go home with them of a night There is also a strong police presence in the streets.
All above is based on my experience when I was there for 4 days in March 2018 but hope that this helps with your enquiry
Happy and safe trails
