The big ice excursion is intense! They pick you up early morning and you travel by bus to the glacier national park. You first visit the balconies to see the glacier from one side. Then you travel on the bus to the boat. You get to see the glacier from another side while you travel to the start of the... More

An absolute must do if you are in Calafate! There are not words to describe how amazing this is. We were very impressed with how well organized this was as well. They split us up into even smaller groups once we were at the glacier. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Tours could be in Spanish, English, or... More

We had an unforgettable experience exploring and trekking the glacier. The guides were both informative and fun. The scenery is second to none. Pack the strongest SPF you can find.

My girlfriend and I did the Big Ice tour, as we wanted to see as much of the glacier as possible. Walking on the glacier (especially once further out toward the middle of it) is an amazing experience, however I found the viewing from the walkways to be equally as impressive. The views staring at the glacier's front wall are... More

Really well organised and put together tour! Great experience on the ice (over 3 hours), boat trip and walk on the nearby balconies. Well worth the effort. Great guides as well. Just make sure to pack some lunch (not included in the price).

The Good bits - the guides we had for the Mini Ice trekking were excellent! They were full of information had excellent English and were very attentive to all the possible dangers (not very many actually) to their customers during the trek. I think our main guides name was Lillian and she was great. The Bad bits - the company... More

My husband and I went on the Big Ice tour with Hielo y Aventura while on our honeymoon in October, and we were so glad we did! It was an incredible experience, and our trip was unique in that it was snowing at Perito Moreno Glacier the day of our hike. We were concerned it would be canceled, but since... More

Perito Moreno is spectacular and a must do, but this is certainly as impressive and complement it for a full discovery of lago argentino. You'll navigate in a lake full of floating icebergs of different shapes and sizes which you won't see next to perito Moreno. So very much worth it.

This was not our first glacier hike, but this was fantastic in its own way. The views are unimaginable. The 1st hour of the hike, which is not on the glacier, is strenuous but a small sacrifice for what is to come. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and safe. Absolutely recommend this excursion if you are relatively fit. Do not... More

Today, 19.11.2016, we did the "Glaciar Perito Moreno Tour" with "Hielo y Aventura". The tour is unforgettable and the organization is very very good. We have a great guide ( I don't remember her name, but if you can please tell me, because she was great and very beautiful), very professional and she involve all the people that have the... More
