Beautiful church even though the interior is clearly unfinished. Friendly welcome by two ladies sitting at a table by the door. They had a decent expo on the history of the church and Christianity in the area. Prayerful place worth a visit.

I didn't went inside of this cathedral but it's looking really nice and picturesque from the outside with a nice park around it where I spend some time chilling out.

Impressive small city church overlooking the lake & mountains. Immense gray stone church with high ceilings and beautiful stained glass windows. Church is relatively new -- it opened in 1946.

This is a huge space with the surrounding property and the great building. We were late the first visit but got some nice exterior shots, the next visit we arrived while open and thr interior is fantastic. There are 59 stained glass windows that bring in a prism of colors illuminating the interior. The side naves are stone and wood with the statues in wood. Simple and elegant. Behind the altar are historical pictures and stories about the church and an ancient cross from a previous building. This was built in the mid 1940s so it isn't ancient. We spent almost an hour taking in the spiritual feeling of the place as worshippers came, prayed and left.

Nice place to see if you like churches. But, compared to nature that surrounds it's not jaw dropping.

If you are looking for a grand cathedral with loads of art you will be disappointed. What I found fascinating was the construction method they used back in the 1940's. It is a molded concrete building with panels of stone to fill in the poured concrete framework. Very rustic looking and worth a walk around. It has a history that is worth looking into as it was built on the foundation of another house of worship that was built on a native spot of worship as well. Not only was it open for our "drop in" visit but there was a choral group practicing which made for a very nice ambiance.

Amazing church. In the 1940s. The stations of the cross are intricate and the best I’ve ever seen. Explanations available in English and Spanish

Quite a pretty little church set in a beautiful location. You can easily walk around and appreciate its design from the outside. The surrounding tall trees also add to the feeling of what a beautiful spot this is. Well worthwhile visiting if you are in this beautiful town.

We stopped here beforeh visiting the chocolate shops on Mitre street. It is a beautiful peaceful majestic church that looks older than its 73 years. The stained glass is gorgeous and the reliefs on the wall interesting and lovely. Free and well worth a visit..
