We did the 1.45pm to 6.45pm tour. Both stops were great. Whole experience was very professional. Whilst the tour narration was only given in Spanish most of the staff were pretty much bilingual and answered any of our questions. Expect that our guide books probably told us most of what we missed out on in the narration. If you can... More

Raul our English speaking tour guide was excellent. Since we were a very small group he made sure we were away from the crowd, giving us enough time to relax on the beach. He was very informative answering questions and making it fun for everyone. He offered to take family pictures and was very sensitive to everyone's needs. Very professional,... More

The boat is nice and cozy, and it takes you through two stops very professionally. However, we were 5 English speakers among 30 or so Spanish speakers, so the tour was mostly for the Spanish speaking individuals. They got far more explanations by the tour guide, and the explanations seemed more fun. In between stops the guide took the English... More

We took the full day trip to Isla Victoria and Parque de los Arrayanes. The boat tour was completely in Spanish, which was fine because we had not been promised an English speaking tour. From what we could tell, the majority of the passengers were native Spanish speakers, so it was perfectly understandable that the tour was provided in Spanish.... More

This group makes an effort to accomodate English speaking persons, although the majority of tourists are Spanish speaking. They asked us our language preference when we boarded the bus. They provided a printed sheet with basic information in English. Tour guides sought us out to provide information in English. They also station someone with a bilingual sign listing the time... We paid a bit extra for VIP tickets (another£15 pp) but it was worth it as we got our own quiet seating area at the top of the boat plus wine, sandwiches, soft drinks, biscuits, croissants etc. You buy your tickets to visit the national park separately. The 2pm trip is the one you want if you need an English-speaking... More

We took the half day trip to Isla Victoria and the National Park de Los Arrayanes. You must buy your tickets (can use Visa) and then pay a separate cash entrance fee for the national parks. The catamaran is modern with bathrooms and snack bar that sells sandwiches, empanadas, chips, postres and drinks, including a variety of alcoholic beverages. A... More

We took the 1:30 PM boat trip from Llao Llao up to Isla Victoria and then the Arranyes forest. We did the VIP tour, which is on the upper deck of the boat with comfortable cushion bench seating. You also get food and drinks periodically throughout the trip. Well worth the extra almost 300 pesos (580 vs 840 for VIP).... More

This trip was ok, nothing special, there was meant to be an english speaking guide on board but all he did was speak to us on arrival, and told us what the trip involved. There was not any other english spoken the whole trip they just constantly spoke in Spanish over a microphone for the whole trip. The trip advertised... More

Cau cau means seagull.. The catamaran is modern and has an open air top deck at the back. There were photographers plying their trade getting passengers to hold up a biscuit for the gulls to swoop down and take from their fingers. Not environmentally sound at all, but a huge hit with the other passengers.
