We were really disappointed with the trip. We thought we would spend more time in nature and among the mountains. The first stop was at a tourist store where the idea was to shop for souvenirs.  Then we proceeded to a small place where wine...More

The company regrets the experience they had during the Cafayate trip on 29/01/18. It is not our intention that our passengers obtain a negative result with our services, since our travel proposal is based on a very good service every day.   As for the...More

We had an excellent experience traveling with UMA. The city tour with David was comprehensive and enjoyable. The tour to Cafayate was amazing with Maria and Miguel. The two day tour north up the Andes and into Pumamarca was breathtaking. The guides were excellent. I...More

We have booked 2 trips through Uma Travel and it was all perfectly arranged. We had 3 guides: Maria Eugenia, Freddy and Emanuel. All were very professionals, very good presentation and good english speakers. All the trips were great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Suggest you check with Uma Travel the day before that you will have an knowledgeable, English speaking guide. I booked a full day tour to Cachi months in advance. The morning of the tour a non-English driver showed up. I could not really communicate with...More

It really depends which guide you get. Some are very good and others scream in the microphone and talk non-stop for 3hours stating the obvious. And worst of all: taking you to a tourist-trap , overpriced and disgusting food restaurant. She really ruined the excursion
