Great collection carefully curated and interpreted by knowledgeable docents. Walk around close up and even into several exhibited aircraft. Impressive to a range of ages. Worth a couple of hours at least and more if you read the placards, and watch the many videos.
Staying in the area, so wanted to see the museum. Not disappointed. Very nice display of planes, mostly WW2 vintage. Good exhibits which were educational and fun. Very pleasant staff. Look forward to returning some day. Able to walk through a B17 and a C47....More
We arrived a tad late but we were not disappointed. What a museum. Had a look inside a B-17 Flying Fortress and Douglas DC-3 and saw many other aircraft and exhibits and even the workshop and maintenance hanger. A lovely giftshop. A terrific museum.
