This is a must visit in Rosario, the place was packed with locals and tourists and is very historic and the place where the Argentinian flag was originated. Do not miss the flag room downstairs.

If you have never been in Argentina before, than you should know that it's the only country that has a monument for its flag. It's just huge!

The flag monument is a nice place to stop while you are exploring the city. When I visited, the main monument was under scaffolding for a facelift.

The monument and eternal flame to the war dead are really worth a must if you are in Rosario. It is a couple of blocks to the river front and close to the pedestrian mall.

I love coming here on every visit. The monument itself is very beautiful and the view from the tower is amazing! There aren't many tourist attractions in Rosario, but I do recommend this one as a must see!

A nice place to visit when you are down at the river. You can chill in the park nearby and a good view of the river and the flag monument. Good pic!
