It´s a big place to visit, where you could take goods pictures of the monument with the view of the river at the back. It´s near an antique chapel .

A beautiful and austere square - a must see if you visit Rosario. The monument is at one end of a pedestrian shopping centre / outside mall, so there is lots to see in the area. It is worth the walk around.

I grew up right next to it. A lot of green grass and colourful flowers. Close to the Parana River. Good place to take pictures, very touristic.

It's a nice point to start to know more about the culture in Argentina if you're in Rosario. There are many information and historical data about everything. It's a nice place to walk around and discover nice places.

This is a must visit in Rosario, the place was packed with locals and tourists and is very historic and the place where the Argentinian flag was originated. Do not miss the flag room downstairs.

If you have never been in Argentina before, than you should know that it's the only country that has a monument for its flag. It's just huge!

The flag monument is a nice place to stop while you are exploring the city. When I visited, the main monument was under scaffolding for a facelift.

The monument and eternal flame to the war dead are really worth a must if you are in Rosario. It is a couple of blocks to the river front and close to the pedestrian mall.
