Easily accessible to Plaza Independencia and Plaza Italia. The tile work here is beautiful. A nice place to read or write. A great honor to all of the Spanish immigrants in Argentina. There are several bus routes available in the area as well as shops...More

We walked through all the Plazas. Espana has a definite personality and is thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable. Perhaps the tile work adds to it's aura. Do NOT miss Plaza Espana while visiting Mendoza.

While walking around Mendoza City, we used the little parks all over the place to stop and rest a little from the sun, and of course to people watch. This park had jugglers and other types practicing their trades for demonstrating on the streets for...More

Stopped here for a half hour to chill and people watch on a quiet Sunday afternoon. My favorite plaza in Mendoza. Does have some graffiti but still really chill and sweet spot.

There is the main square and at 4 corners, 4 other squares, Chile, Italy, etc and Spain. The plaza de España has a very Spanish theme with a large monument decorated with typical Spanish tiles. It's shady and very relaxing; take a seat and enjoy...More

There are four small plazas that surround the central Mendoza plaza, each with its own theme. The Spanish plaza has a good fresco and central fountain, as well as an interesting tiled flooring.

We liked this one the best of the four. The variety of tile work is amazing. Also, there are some nice paintings depicting Spanish culture and history. A little maintenance would go a long way. Still, well worth a half hour or hour.

it is quite nice even to walk at night, nothing special though, but worth to visit if you are in town

A pretty plaza to visit not far from the main square and city centre. There are some nice spots to chill out and people watch or check out the nice architecture. Although we were safe there were lots of sketchy looking people around after dark.
