In my mind when they spoke of the Cuckoo clock I was thinking big. Alas we drove past it initially. We didn't see it on the hour so cannot comment on the cuckooing!

I think everybody was a bit disappointed about this, but then again what did we expect from a cuckoo clock :) for children definitely a good place to go.

its a small clock just over the bridge. Good to drive by, but don't bother to park and get out of the car.

The Taj Mahal, Angkor Wat, the Pyramids - we thought we'd seen all of the great human created wonders, but nothing prepared us for the Carlos Paz Cuckoo. We were lucky enough to be there for the 12 o'clock extravaganza of cuckooing. As the big...More

Very nice! Updated and modern keeping charm. Will recommend to relax in the old part of the city. Quit , fun , modern.

It seems such a strange place to have this cuckoo clock which attracts people to come and watch for the appearance of the cuckoo! Stuck in the middle of an intersection, there is parking along the road especially during siesta time.

Awful clock, I mean that's a really bad taste! Dont go there it's a waste of time. Dont know why it's famous or rather 'well known" but even the women at tourist info, recomended going there. Dont!

It is famous, but it has nothing. The cucu only goes out and sing something which a lot of times is not clear. People go but, if you dont want to, you will lose nothing.

I liked everything about this place, people are very friendly and they are willing to give you tips on the best restaurants, etc.

Totally overrated. It's just a wooden bird that's not even nice to look at. This is an icon of Carlos Paz but I wouldn't wait for more than 5 minutes to see it.
