This bar was one of the bars we went to as part of a “cocktail tour”. Fun and lively place, albeit pretty noisy due to a lot of people all in the same place as it is obviously very popular. We all had a fun time. Great energetic vibe and fun people watching.

We were recommended this restaurant as an upper end experience. Made a phone booking which they could not find when we arrived, so we ended up at a bar seat (not ideal) facing a wall of bottles. Average service by several too busy to care staff, great food, massive and expensive wine list, quite an expensive night out. Would we go back? Hmmmm

Went with a buddy to one of my favorite restaurants in Buenos Aires and had a really disappointing night.
Wonderful atmosphere. Good food. But never have I had such awful service. From the hostess to the bartender to the waiter who seems as if he was on break the entire time.
This place has been amazing in the past but from the overhears conversations at the next tables most diners agree. What a disappointment .

Pricey but food was well prepared. Had the Veg Mex sushi roll, salmon roll with potato instead of rice and two starters. Pork Belly sprinkled with almonds was pretty iOS to me but hubby said it was Just ok. Spring rolls we agreed were very good. Comes with a peanut sauce and what tasted like a super mild hot mustard sauce. For dessert we had the chocolate volcano cake with ice cream they call Americano. It's like vanilla but much sweeter. We also had a bottle of water and 3 glasses of wine and bill was about 100$ usd including tip. They had no high chairs and it was clear the place wasn't for small children though they did try to accommodate. Overall good food and friendly staff.

This place is certainly the place to be. Over priced? No way! You get what you pay for and if you want quality, attentive service and a fantastic atmosphere then you'll certainly get it here. Pity I didn't find it earlier! Staff. Food. Atmosphere. Supreme!

Trendy little bar/restaurant, not clearly signed so be on the lookout for a staircase from the street. Food was ok but not really worth the price. Service ok, but nothing to write home about

Real 'porteños' (people from Buenos Aires) are not into coctails...That is something for 'gringos' (Americans). Argentines would rather drink beer or red wine.... Or an 'espumante' (bubbles) on a hot summer night. If you are looking for coctails, this bar is a good choice! They don't have Monkey 47, but otherwise, they are quite well stocked! Want a snack in the middle of the night? No problem! Their bar menu is quite good too!

Great place to hang around in buenos aires if you are looking for cool ambiance, good cocktails and a varied menu! Sushi in this place is excellent and the wine list is impressive! Portions are not as huge as other places in Buenos Aires.

I went to Danzón with my wife based on reviews on this site. We were not disappointed. The blend on industrial and classic decor was done perfectly. The lighting provided intimacy but not stuffiness. Music was variations of electronic but not overpowering. I ordered the rack of lamb which was delicious and our drinks were served perfectly. The best Caiprinha I have ever had. I asked for the bartender to indulge me with his choice of a drink with local liquor, Fernet (other than the typical Fernet with Coke) and they brought out a custom concoction that was very tasty. Expensive by Argentinean standards, we were able to pay Cheesecake Factory prices by taking full advantage of the black market exchange rate with the US$. I highly recommend the Danzón.
