Words cannot express what a total waste of money and tourist trap and dump this “theater” is. The food was completely inedible, the fish was basically leather. The dance lesson was comically absurd. The service was awful and the show is now 45 minutes late. All for the low low price of $240 USD.

The Tango show was way more than we expected! The music and singing added to a completely amazing show. The venue was beautiful and much more intimate than we had expected. The Tango lesson before dinner was fun and doable for most anyone. The food service was professional, but the quality only fair. We were told to be waiting 10 minutes before our pick up time if 7pm for an 8pm program start. We must have been the last stop since the can did not arrive until 7:48. We arrived in time, but silent an hour of our vacation standing outside our hotel with the mosquitos ! We would have appreciated a more accurate pick up time in consideration of our time. Transportation home was seem less

The theatre was perfect for the show. It was small and intimate. The dinner was suburb. I had Chilean salmon tartare, rare Argentinian beef and panna cotta with Patagonian berries. The show is an interpretation of the classical tango. I liken it to "tango on steroids!" It was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience - dinner & show!

Venue was underground and smelled a bit musty. Food was above average BUT after tango lessons the mains (meat and fish) were dry when brought out. Food was warm rather than hot. Tango lessons were good. Tango show was excellent with a variety of acts. Show was about an hour. This seems short but there was a lot packed into it. We got picked up at 7.00 and the show didn’t start until 10. So, it was a long wait about an hour after the meal finished. Worth a visit for the dancing but you might want to give the meal a miss.

What a BIG disappointment. We had attended an event like this at a different place a few years ago so had that experience as a comparison. This one just did not make the grade and only got 2 stars as there were some very good dancers and musicians but the overall experience was subpar at best. The issues were:

- The food was very bad. I ordered the fish as my main course and could not eat it as it was extremely overcooked, dry and hard (parts could not be cut with a table knife).
- We paid extra for the “Executive” tickets with the expectation we would have seats with good views. That was not the case. We were seated on the side in a cramped box with a couple of boxes ahead of us. From that vantage we could not see all of the musicians and almost none of the projections at the back of the stage. The cheaper seats on the floor appeared to have much better lines of sight.
- We expected more dancing but the dancing was broken with singing and performances by the orchestra. Those were good, but the music they offered is tango dance music and there was no benefit to having them perform on their own.
- While it was good to see a range of styles of tango, some was not pleasant to view as it was overly sexual in nature and seemed to celebrate sexual violence. There is enough good tango that this was not necessary (and it greatly detracted from our experience).
- We paid extra for transportation and while we were told to be ready at 7pm our pickup didn’t happen until about 7:25 which was a long wait in our hotel lobby. Better planning of the pick-up times was needed.

Had there been better food, more dancing, and more appropriate styles of dance this could have been a good evening. As it was, it most certainly wasn’t.

Went with one of the more expensive tango show options and was well worth it. The dinner and wine were great and the show was sexy and playful. The theatre was beautiful and hidden away. Opted for the pickup from the hotel.

Very average experience with average quality dinner. We could have purchased the tickets locally once we got here and saved about 50% of the cost. There are many similar shows in town so it is sensible to book locally .... don't need to worry about not being able to get tickets to a tango show here.

A large venue, staff managed to wine & dine the crowd with ease whilst giving some Tango lessons if you were interested prior to seeing a slick Tango show.

The show was great. Great dancing, singing and the band was also great! The food service was good, I had to repeat a request and at times a little slow. The dinner was okay but I wasn’t there for the dinner it was a convenience that I did not have to look for a place to eat (TBH). Overall if you are looking to watch Tango vs participate, this is a good venue to experience.
