DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We’ve arrived at 9:20am st Plaza De Mayo which was our meeting point and nobody was there. Called the contact number but no answer. After 30 minutes waiting decided to call Viator who also couldn’t get hold of the company. Eventually had to book a private tour for the afternoon as we only had one day in Buenos Aires and missed half day because of this. …

Camila we are really sorry about this situation. I'd would like to apologize for any inconveniences that you may have had due to the situation. Unfortunately our tour guide had a problem and she could not advise about it in advance. It is the first time we could not cover a service. I would like to offer a free tour in case you return to BA anytime. Our phone number is correct I was in the countryside due to the remoteness of the area the mobile phone was not functioning at that moment. We will improve this for sure. Silvina provided my family with a very good tour of the city. Silvina is a master at making sure we saw the important sights that are "must see's" on a tour, and at the same time her ability to get to know us allowed her to suggest sights/tours in the city that we might not have thought of. I'd highly recommend Silvina. As well, she is a master of the subway and bus system, which is super efficient! She was also able to book us van transportation to and from the airports which was helpful for a family of 4 with luggage! Thanks!…

Silvina was an amazing tour guide. She showed me all the tourist sites on my lists. She also gave an in depth explanation and history of each site. Silvina was very accommodating, very easy to talk to, and even went out of her way to take me to the ticket office and help me book a tour to Colonia. If you're looking for a tour guide in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend Silvina. …

The tour was great! Silvina was incredibly knowledgable and we now have a far greater understanding of the history including the wars and government in Argentina. One of my most favorite parts of the day was our lunch at an NGO in La Boca- great hospitality and food and something we would never have experienced had we explored on our own! We could not have possibly fitted all this in one day without Silvina and our driver Juan Carlos. Also they were flexible in letting my friend join at the last minute and in by passing Recoleta as we had already been there!! Strongly recommend!!!…

From the initial contact throughout our stay Silvina was very well organized, professional, friendly, tactful, and it was very easy to communicate with her. This was our first visit to Argentina and Chile. We spent first three days in Argentina with Silvina, first taking the Buenos Aires city tour, then going to Tigre Delta and San Isidro, and the third day to San Antonio de Areco & Estancia. Silvina always shared interesting insights and had great recommendations about the city and local restaurants. The private transportation was excellent and both Silvina and the driver were fun to spend time with. She took care of all the details and we just enjoyed our time, from La Boca and Cafe Tortoni to horseback riding on Estancia. After three days in Argentina we asked Silvina to organize our tour of Santiago. You should not miss Perez Cruz Winery tour. We highly recommend Silvina and we will definitely contact her again when we visit South America.…
