The opening times of this church are limited, so it's really hit and miss if you'll see it at all. Regardless, under the main church is a smaller chapel that is open throughout the day. Although it's not very spectacular, it's still interesting enough and...More

The beauty of this church was much like those we've seen in Italy, only newer. This is nicest we've seen in BA.

Stumbled across this beautiful old church with amazing architecture, with plenty of history located near San Martin Plaza. Even if you aren't religious it is a comforting place to take a rest.

We really enjoyed the visit to this church. Lots of detail to look at and to photograph. Not hard to walk to from most central locations in BA.

Sometimes I wonder if the C's compete with the B's for most ornate meet'n sites or if they just have too many pesos. Whatever, the architecture is interesting.

Pope Francis I was told was the cardinal here before he was pope. I am sure it's a Cathedral though some call it a church Large and very ornate with many different architecture from around the world. Nearly 400 years old

Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings
combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to
make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy
sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to
and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied
by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the
port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest.
