This is a great place to visit, take pictures with the painted houses, see art, lots of people watching. Lots of small “market style” shops to buy souvenirs, local food like alfajores and dulce de leche, and also crafts. Have a beer with meat empanadas....More

A bit touristy and very crowded, but well worth the visit anyway. Has some nice bars and a relaxed feel to it. You can walk here from la Bombonera, or just take the hop on hop off which stops nearby.

The birthplace of Tango is one exploitation of colours. Not only are the inhabitants very colourful, but the old buildings are also painted with dazzling colours. Lots of nice little restaurants in the street with live tango dancers. Unfortunately, 80 of the place is populated...More

This area is kind of bohemian, with bright colours covering up one of the poorest and most dangerous neighbourhoods in BA. Its safe by day with a lot of Police presence but be sure to clear out before 6pm. All in all a must see...More

Surely must visit area within la Boca. Pretty colorful and said to be dangerous at night, so better be there in daytimes.
