Some really fun bars (Chupitos springs to mind). Good way to see some of the bars in Palermo. Most of the bars is only the pub crawl group as it seems to start a bit early for locals. But the group itself was big so this wasn't an issue.

Unfortunately I feel that our experience was completely based on the fact that we were the only English people in attendance with the very small group of no more than 15 people all being Spanish meaning we couldn't get involved in the games. In addition at the first bar we were told off for having too many 'free drinks' after... More

A very nice experience, roaming around pubs of BA was definitely fun. Thanks to the Crew and especially Ingrid Who let me in, to be part of their crew... After that it was really fun... If you are solo Traveller I guess it would be better to get along with the Crew, if they don't mind...

pub crawl doesn't go to any bars with people in them, Basically you go to crap bars with no one in them, fill up the bar, pay heaps of money for drink. Also signing up takes like 30 minutes waiting in a queue. This is my first bad experience with a pub crawl. Just don't go

A belated, but necessary review... I went on this pub crawl back in May and can honestly say it was on of the worst experiences in my life, and completely different to every other pub crawl I've been to before. Firstly, you arrive at this place which is a bit like a terrible 90s disco (not a pub) and they... More

I can't tell if this two stars is me getting old, the fact that I was traveling solo, or the fact that this just sucked. Disregarding the first two variables, I thought the places we went to sucked (mostly empty except for us, although the last club/boliche wasn't too terrible) and I would have rather done something a little nicer... I usually dont review things on trip advisor, but it was too damn angering to read the positive reviews. They are absolutely fake, and you can tell by the fact that they are made from Argentinians for a pub crawl designed for tourists. The crawl goes always to the same bars that have absolutely no customers except the ones from... More

Poor organisation - we spent a lot of time walking between bars and waiting to cross the road together. As full grown adults I feel the shepherding across the roads was unnecessary, especially since we had signed a disclaimer form at the beginning of the evening. Upon arrival at each bar we had to wait outside in the cold while... More

I went to pub crawl when on a trip in Buenos Aires. When I came to the meeting point I saw the place is packed with argentine men and almost no women. I wanted to leave but one of the guys organizing the event convinced me to stay, saying "it will get better". Well, it did not. If you want... More

The pub crawl is a great way to have a night out with heaps of people, and not have the stress of worrying about where to go. There will always be a big crowd, you don't get free unlimited drinks in the hour before as they usually run out once everyone has had 2. Although there is plenty of pizza... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
