Very nice museum. Kids loved it. Apart from the dinosaurs also has some items on agriculture and local ways of living in the past.

We visited the museum primarily for the dinosaur relics. Unfortunately, all of the museum's nicest dinosaur objects have been moved to the new dinosaur parc outside the town, leaving little of interest. No longer worth the 4€ if you are interested in the dinosaur objects.

You don't even need to go in to the museum (which is fairly small) to get the most of a visit. There are loads of dino statues all about the town and a trail to follow. The museum as said is small but there are...More

This is a small museum dedicated to the Dinossaurs found in Lourinhã and also to the ancient agriculture activities around this region. Both areas are very interesting and make it a nice tour to do with your small kids.

What a fantastic place. Packed with great information about the locale, but it gets even more interesting when you hit the paleontology section. Very informative, easy to get up close to the exhibits and some really hands on fun for the children (some 'fossils' buried...More

The Museu da Lourinhã, better known as the dinosaur museum by the locals it is a gem. Situated on a quiet corner, you have to look a bit to find it. Lots of great information about all the dinosaur discoveries of the region.
