We love this place and nice view and great for photo spot and have seaview down to the beach and the flower is lovely and so many.

A large lotus pool

Not well maintained. If cleaned regularly it wols be a very beautiful plave for photoshots. In the everning so many locals take a bath n wash their clothes by the end of this lagoon, next to the beach because the running water from the hill running below the lagoon to the beach is so clear n clean.

Small but beautiful

This is not a big spot. You will see people but the pathway is big enough to share.

Locals swim and fish in a spot close to the ocean where the lagoon drains.

You can site and look at the ocean and islands or the lagoon at sun rise or sun set.

I lost in that beautiful bloommed lotus lagoon.ideal for taking close pictures of the lotus.

I have never seen this much lotus in my life ...you can sit by the water body and make videos. it's lovely if you go there before noon.

It is just of the road, and if there are no flowers, you could walk by without thinking it is actually a special place. I am sure it is beautiful in full bloom, but were here in December, so not much really to see.

You need to pick the right time to go!

Very small area and the day we went there none of the lotus flowers were in bloom. Not sure if it was the wrong season or wrong time of day. Just a bunch of green plants in a small pond by the highway in the middle of town. A complete waste of a visit.

Pretty to look at as you pass by

The lotus lagoon is quite pretty to look at, but it’s basically a pond on the main road opposite a temple. It is very pretty and I imagine even prettier if you arrive when all the flowers are open. You can take some pretty photos, but that’s about it!

A lagoon filled with lotus

The lagoon is opposite a temple and on the main road. It is large but with the usual rubbish it really is not such a destination to have on your list.

Beautiful lagoon!

I was pleasantly surprised to run into this lagoon as I was walking around Candidasa. I was there in the morning so the flowers were still open (they close in the afternoon sun). There's a nice path all around the lagoon. It didn't seem like there was much to do in Candidasa, so if you're there, you might as well make the couple-minute detour.

Lovely stroll

This is a very large lotus pond and very enjoyable for a stroll. There is a paved walkway all around. About midway is beach access to the ocean. A local boatman offers tours and there is a toilet. Its located across and down from Vincen't restaurant.
