Have visited this fantastic monument three times, it’s the most peaceful atmospheric place to visit, with fantastic far reaching views. A definite place I would visit again.

We usually have breakfast at the restaurant by far the best kept secret in Paarl. Or we have a picnic on the grass and the kids can just run wild

Worthwhile trip and very user-friendly self-guided audio-tours at no extra cost. Friendly staff throughout. Great coffee shop and gardens to enjoy more time if you like.

It is well worth taking a guided tour or an audio guide, as there is so much symbolism in this stunning structure. There is ample space to enjoy a picnic, or you can eat at the restaurant. The 360 view from the monument is fantastic.

Amazing to learn about the monument and the view is incredible. There’s a small garden which is good to walk around. I just love what each section of the monument represents and how it all comes together!
