It's sold as a sunset cruise....Although one doesn't see sunset perse but it's a nice and relaxing 90 mins cruise. The boat sails out to the mouth of lagoon and one can see the Indian Ocean....Commentary is OK and they do sell refreshments onboard.Pleasant experience

We enjoyed a leisurely cruise, with friendly bar staff. Unfortunately, as soon as we got near the Knysna Heads, the captain swiftly turned the boat around without any announcement and everyone missed the “main attraction”. He made a hasty return, with no time to enjoy...More

One of the most boring boat excursions I can remember being on. Brought two kids and they were entertained with new Pokémon cards as there wasn’t much happening on the lagoon to keep anyone’s attention. Bar and service was great and prices affordable. The service...More

We went on the sunset cruise on this double-decker ferry. While there's nothing much to see that's unique, it was overall a fun experience. Sightseeing was supported by some very witty commentary, and the fact that this is practically a floating restaurant added to the...More

We've been on this cruise a few times, especially enjoyed the latest one as the weather permitted a turn in the heads. Spectacular!

We had a great lunchtime cruise and really enjoyed our day in the town. The drinks were good and the boat was not over crowded. Will always do this trip to the heads. Marvellous.

A smooth leisurely cruise in the lagoon for 90 mins. We had the set menu which was basic but better than anticipated. Staff very helpful and keen to make you comfortable. Some commentary about the local area and history although sometimes difficult to make out...More

We took this cruise in the evening. It has a restaurant attached to it but we did not use it. We went on the upper deck and enjoyed the view and weather. The boat is pretty steady.

The woman and man upstairs who are attendants upstairs are so not well-educated. They talk to us with snobbish attitude and threw the menu on the table. Everything they are talking privately are involved with racial discrimination to Asian people. That is definitely the worst...More

Hi Ria. We paid R190 per person for the cruise, and then we paid another R300 or so for our meals and drinks.
