Worth it a little stop there and take some pictures in the morning (best time to have a nice light). There is a beautiful view from high and a good restaurant behind the monument. But women, please avoid stay alone there.Could be dangerous.

There are amazing views over the suburbs below. Only complaint is the vandalism of the statues and the general cleaning of the area. A simple sweep would drastically improve the overall appearance.

Go there for a great the view of the city. As a monument it Ok. Part of History but could be better maintained. The restaurant at the site is fair and good value for money considering the prime location

It wasn't far from where we were staying. Went there just before sunset and enjoyed the view. Very quiet place.

This historical monument to Cecil Rhodes has stood the test of time if not the favor of most South Africans. His impact on South Africa was immense. The view towards Table Bay is striking and perhaps worth the visit alone. British history buffs might find...More
