The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the Aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider grabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthral.

I visited the Aquarium and thanks to my great friend, I was able to go behind the scenes and see how the aquarium works. It was an excellent evening and the aquarium is modern, with amazing fish and other creatures. Don't miss the Penguins!

A definite go to place when you visit Cape Town. Beautiful displays with a gift shop. Visitors get an invisible stamp and can spend as much time as they wish. My personal favorite was the feeding of the penguins. Gorgeous!

Some fantastic creatures to see like the jelly fish, giant spider crabs, penguins. stingrays, tortoise to name a few. I was lucky enough to be there to see diver feed the stingrays and tortoise in a massive tank. That was probably the highlight.

Visited the aquarium with 3 kids and a teenager and they all really enjoyed the penguin feeding and 'Nemo' tank! We also got to watch a scuba diver go into the tank with the manta rays etc. Great experience. Will definitely visit again!

Located at V&A Waterfront of Cape Town before the Water Shed. I have seen much bigger Aquariums in other parts of the world such as Dubai, Canada and Hong Kong. Penguins feeding time is around 13hr00 or 14hr00. You could finish the tour in one hour. Ticket for adult is R150 and R70 for a child under 13 years of... More

We've been to aquariums all over the world and while this is certainly not the biggest, it is really, really good. The displays are imaginative, the docents enthusiastic and well-informed, and the price very reasonable.

This Aquarium is larger inside than the outside view might suggest. There are a variety of exhibits as well as a gift shop. The visitors are stamped on the hands which allows for same day re-entrance. The Aquarium is a nice place to visit for both adults and children—the staff appeared to make a special effort to create an inviting... More

It's a wonderful experience with kids of all ages. Staff make all the effort to make the experience memorable like including touching some sea plants, anemones and starfish as well as puppet shows. The aquarium itself is amazing.

Fantastic aquarium, well worth the entry fee and time to visit. I especially loved the Jellyfish room, quite an innovative way to display it. Lots of variety of the displays and creatures, good informative description labels in English and Afrikaans.
