Church lit by beautiful stained glass windows. Magical to be in church where Desmond Tuto preached. Simple decoration somehow gives this church more value than others that are ornately decorated.

St George's Catherdral is a beautiful cathedral with the only statue of an african madonna in SA. There is also a jazz club called The Crypt which should not be missed.

This is the church where Desmond Tutu preaches on Friday mornings if his health allows it. When we were there he had not been there for a month. But it is a beautiful and historic church.
