I stopped in Fish Hoek on my drive around Chapman's Peak for some reminiscing and it did not disappoint. The tranquil environment, which is slightly tucked away from the hectic nature of Cape Town is wonderful to experience.
If you are a group of friends wanting to go out and have drinks by the beach, Fishoek is not a place for you. There's just one pub there.

I only go to Fish Hoek. It is less crowded than Muizenburg. Also cleaner. not as many things to see and do there though. just the restaurant and playground for the kids.
