Kalahari Safaris is a Kgalagadi specialist as we are doing Kalahari tours for more than 10 years. At Kalahari Safaris we believe to concentrate on one area - the northern cape which include Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, Augrabies Falls National Park and Witsand Nature Reserve. This gives us the edge over our competitors. Our tours are fully catered for - meaning we let our guests relax while we do all the work! Day tours to Augrabies Falls National Park include river rafting, wine tasting, hiking and game drives. Day tours can also be arranged to visit Witsand Nature reserve, as well as Spitskop or Day tours to visit wine farms.

Pieter Kalahari Safaris booked us a dream safari: very lucky with animals! The guide showed us the small secrets of the Kalahari - very knowledgeabe and helpful - even insects get as much attention as a big black maned Kalahari lion. Good chalets - the...More

I booked a tour as I am too old to drive myself. Nice to have an enthusiastic guide that spots animals, cook for me, even carry my luggage! The chalets are rustic, but the new riverfront chalets at Mata Mata and Nossob are unbelievable! (But...More

we booked a kgalagadi tour and were amazed at the number of animals - we saw 39 lions / 3 cheetah / a leopard with a jackal kill! All in 7 days. The longer you stay the more you will see.

Kalahari is an incredible place - so many animals, red dunes, not many people. We went in December, very hot but saw 1000'nds of springbok, gemsbok, lion and cheetah. Good guide, very knowledgeable. Good food, tents, car and driving
