Definitely worth the time. We absolutely had the best guide, Dennis knew so much and was also very funny, compliments to him! First time in Africa we saw the hippos from closeby.

A cruise on the lake, late afternoon, is such a lovely way to end the day. We saw hippos and crocs from close by, even some buffalo drinking water as well as good fish eagle sightings. Our skipper and his co-captain on Fannas were knowledgeable...More

We went on the 15.00 h cruise and saw four hippo families (including a baby hippo), many crocodiles and several birds. Nice staff and excellent guide!

We did a 2 hrs cruise in the wetlands and couldn’t say anything negative about it. Our guide was very friendly and could tell us a lot about all the animals we saw. He was very firm about the area and knew where to find...More

A fun excursion on the estuary. We saw several pods of hippos very close by. Also had a nice sighting of an African Fish Eagle.

We chose the smaller cruise and we're happy we did. The vessel take a maximum of 15 but we were a total of 11, including the guide. He was very knowledgeable and passionate because he got as excited as we did seeing a water monitor...More

A quiet and original safari an excellent view on hippos and niles crocodiles along a river Respect captain commands because the animals you see may be fatal to you even hippos ! Appreciate a tooth of hippo and imagine what's could happen to you !

We had a boat safari with four other people, so we where in a nice small group on the boat. The female guide was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about the hippos and the area arround the water. We really enjoyed the trip...More

I took a Hippo Tour on the St Lucia Estuary on a Shoreline boat.The tour guide was extremely informative and made my experience an unforgetable one.He took us to spots that no other tours have been to.

Look for their website. Our tour booked us. Hippos hippo hippos. Not many crocs.
