Went there twice since it is a beautiful spot in town and probably the best to spend a few hours or the afternoon. Along the path u find interesting facts about the plants and wildlife you find. Also great for picnic.
We visited the gardens on a weekday at the start of the winter school holiday. The gardens are quite exceptional with lots of special indigenous plants and the biggest cycads I have seen in my life and special trees with two rivers framing the gardens.....More

What a beautiful plave for enjoying peace and quiet. It is well laid out and full of different plants and trees. It has a river trail as well as a suspension bridge over the river, with fabulous views. Lovely tea room for cake too!
