Visited the Sanctuary and petted and fed the animals. Animals are in a good condition. The session was very informative about the biology of our Ellie friends. Do support the Sanctuary as they will not be able to make such an incredible difference without our...More

This place is great to learn about African Elephant, to see this amazing animal really close, to touch it and if you are brave enough to ride it (with a professional who know how to treat this massive animal)! Good experience!

We were amazed to see in what great condition the Elephants were. The staff of the Elephant sanctuary treated us business owners to a lovely afternoon. Their facilities are neat and the surroundings beautiful. They really do an amazing job with the Elephants.

Excellent experience. Two year old really loved it. Introduction maybe a bit long for young children to sit thru.

If you ever wondered about these gentle giants of nature, do yourself a favour and visit an elephant sanctuary. Interact with them. Touch them. Feel the skin. Put your hand into their mouth. Take a ride on them. Walk with them trunk in hand. If...More

My husband had a broken foot and the staff were wonderful and accommodating. We had not booked an elephant ride for obvious reasons and the staff saw we were the only ones not going and wanted to. They encouraged my husband and three men helped...More

Wanted to do this to learn more about elephants who have awed (and terrified) me for the many years since we first encountered them in the wild. Getting up close and personal with them has reinforced my admiration and respect for these intelligent, impressive and...More

I love Elephants and this sanctuary was very good and looked after the animals very well. It was fascinating for me to see the difference between India and African elephants.

The name Elephant Sanctuary is very misleading and was not what I expected. The Elephant Sanctuary is another form of elephant tourism which I do not agree with. I was very upset to see elephant rides as I did not expect this and felt pressured...More

I am not an expert, and not sure what research you have done, but I think there is a distinction between Indian Elephants and African Elephants...the Indian Elephants are not suitable for riding, whereas the African Elephant... More
