Recommended stop in your way to Kruger

This is a good 15 minutes stop in your way to Kruger if you are driving. The waterfall is beautiful and you will also find local crafts for a good price.

Situated a short drive from the Lisbon falls, which is quite similar. Though both are pretty falls, they suffer in comparison with superior attractions nearby

The falls are a must to visit if you are doing the Panorama route. My only problem being that all the attractions in that area have fallen into decay, I am complaining about the ablutions mainly. They are shocking, not a good thing for tourists. The craft shops are nice and at least have proper roofs. The roads to these... More

Nothing really special about Berlin Falls but good to visit as part of the Panorama Tour. We visited them after the nearby Lisbon Falls, which are slightly bigger and better.

I visited the Falls in 2008 but it is much better this time. We arrived in the Mpumalanga Province with rain which probably accounts for it. A minimal entry fee is charged. To view the falls from the safety of a railing is comforting. It amazes me that a not very broad river feeds the drop. The vegetation surrounding it... More

Beautiful Fall but the road to Berlin falls is an absolute nightmare. There is almost no surface or the road and it is almost unbearably to drive on, such a same.

The waterfall is beautiful and the walk very easy and short but I was disappointed that you have to view the waterfall from high and far above and that we aren't able to get to it. But a very pretty sight :)

At first you are not sure where you are headed. The falls is a little one of natures wonders. It is quite pretty the way that it is set against the mountains, etc.

Just a little walk from the road. Once you get there, you cannot believe the beautiful sight! You can hear that distinct sound, that only a waterfall has, and then it appears! The mist, the rocks, and the sheer beauty of these Falls are breathtaking! If you are ever around Sabie, or at Mpumalanga, do yourself a favour, and visit... More

This was our last stop on our first day of exploring the Panorama route (9 August 2016). The Berlin falls are located approximately 3 kilometers from the main road (R532). The drive to the falls in itself was scenic. There were a few potholes in the road along the way to the falls. The guard on duty at the parking... More
