This reminds us of a small version of San Diiego without the traffic and without the cost. There are over a hundred restaurants, several golf courses including the gorgeous Refuge, swimming, boating, shopping, etc. We liked it so much that we have moved here!

This place has almost anything you can ask for, water sports to sports bars. There's lots of places downtown that you can shop and there's a large shopping mall out by the airport. We like going into town and finding a restaurant to eat at just before shopping at all the shops. There aren't quite as many people in town... More

We stopped in Havasu to watch the sunset and rest for the night. Great place to stop for dinner and stock up on supplies for Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Had a chance to practice my photography with the beautiful surroundings.

I love this scenic stretch along the Colorado River. The mountains and lake are lovely and the sunsets this time of year exquisite. We're trying the State Park for the first time and love it.

Came down here for the first time to spend a week with long time friends. Spent a couple days walking and exploring the town and restaurants. Outstanding food and wonderful weather, pretty different from home in Alaska. Even the London Bridge was interesting and learned a bit of history.

We travelled to Havasue lake from Las Vegas by our own car, Arizona is bordering Nevada, within less than three hours we reached the lake. As soon as we reached there, we hired a boat ( 100$ per hour) and we ourselves led the boat. The nature around us was fascinating, it was an enjoyable experience.
