Excellent horse trail

We had a lovely morning with the 4 of us. The horses are gorgeous and easy to ride. The prices at the time were 300pp which was worth it.

My husband and I were staying in Sedgefield and we had not managed to plan anything for the two nights we were there. We woke up and it was such a beautiful day, we knew we wanted to be outside. We rang around various stables however they were not able to accommodate us on the day. We went to an... More

Amanda is what you want when going horse riding. Very kind, knowledgeable and funny. Made everyone feel very relaxed. Also you can see how much she loves her horses. As she would say if you ask her to take a picture of you on the horse, “She is really taking a picture of the horse, not you ;)” We have... More

All outrides are done by owner. Her ability to match horse and rider make this an ideal riding excursion. From children to nervous riders to experienced riders. There is a chance for each to have fun. PS: remember to bring carrots - the horses love it as a "thank you"

I really enjoyed visiting Perdepoort Horse Tails. The horses are without a doubt really healthy and have a very good life. The trail was very beautiful, but the reason I don't give 5 stars, is because, I would prefer going on a longer trip. I felt like, we did ride i bit in circles in the forest. But all in... More

Amanda matched us novices with well trained horses and told us a lot about the beautiful forest we found ourselves riding in.It was an invigorating outing in Nature and a must do activity when in Wilderness. The love of the horses and care of the riders are very apparent at Perdepoort Horse Trails.

This was most certainly one of my most enjoyable and certainly memorable rides. The view was picturesque. The company was entertaining and the guides were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They certainly love their horses and want to afford you as the rider, whether a novice or slightly experienced, the chance to have fun, appreciate and grow as a rider.

This place is situated in a stunning setting and the trails run through the knysna forest. The horses are well trained, suitable for all riders from novice to expert, and accompanied by knowledgeable and patient guides. The experience is also really well priced compared to others competitors in the area.

I enjoyed the scenic but also somewhat adventurous trail. Enjoyed it a lot. Being a horseriding novice was also no issue, yet being an adrenaline lover, we could also take them for a trot and Gallop which was great.
