The chapel is small and tends to get hot, it can be used for christenings. The gardens in comparison are cool and there is plenty of shade. The signage is useful, the security/guides are not.

Small chapel built during the war. The gardens are steeped in history but the chapel can get really hot in the summer. You'd be forgiven for thinking you were outside the CBD.

A great place in the city for a little peace and quiet. Historic chapel for most inter-demoninational services run by a really nice couple. Gardens were tidy and well kept. There is also a history museum on the property.

this is our Durban history and gives you the general idea that Durban is actual not a very old city with this happening in 1842 it is set in a lovely garden with the dainty chapel and the warriors gate museum
