The valley of 1000 Hills is truly that. The views are exquisite and not far from the bustle of the city portion of Durban

I have taken overseas visitors to experience a little bit of Africa in the suburbs and they have enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the same location. This is good if you do not have a lot of time for sight seeing.

Absolutely stunning, the drops into the valleys and climbs back up the hills are awe striking, left in amazement of the beauty and pictures can not catch it. A beautiful river that runs through them and amazing cliffs! Best place we visited in South Africa

Beautiful drive through the hills. Lots of lovely shops and cafes to stop off at along the way. Nice way of bypassing the N2 when going up to maritzburg.

Amazing views from 1000 Hills and a great little restaurant to pleasurably eat you Bunny chow and gaze into the distance. The area its self has a lot to offer in the form of its zoo and educational animals shows and crocodiles galore.
