Very nice place for some relaxing hours.
Mainly university youth prefer the fancy restaurants inside, but it is a good place for families too.
It has a very nice and creative play area for kids.

We visited the Side Plate, diner. Great concept and producing traditional cape flats tastes. We will be back for their traditional koeksisters and Gatsby. The attention from the owner and staff was inviting and friendly. We will be back soon.

I visited for coffee and a famous “cronut” from one of the shops. I was impressed with the structure, the combination of vendors, the well maintained restrooms and facilities. Would love to return.
