Went for lunch and a walkabout. Loved the No Name Nursery. Huge selection of succulent plants. 27Boxes have some nice shops. It is quiet.

We visited the Side Plate, diner. Great concept and producing traditional cape flats tastes. We will be back for their traditional koeksisters and Gatsby. The attention from the owner and staff was inviting and friendly. We will be back soon.

I visited for coffee and a famous “cronut” from one of the shops. I was impressed with the structure, the combination of vendors, the well maintained restrooms and facilities. Would love to return. Ideal for inner city events/ coffee/ meals/ shopping.
