Grand Canyon Resort Corporation is owned by the Hualapai Indian Tribe and is located in Peach Springs, Arizona. In 1988, the Hualapai Indian Tribe, which has occupied the land since 1883, established GCRC, welcoming millions of visitors each year to tour the area, including the nearby lodge, ranch, River Runners and Grand Canyon West. To further increase tourism in the area, the Grand Canyon Skywalk was built in 2007. The Skywalk is a glass, horseshoe-shaped bridge that enables visitors to walk beyond the canyon walls at Grand Canyon West, suspending them 4,000 feet above the riverbed and providing an unparalleled view of this natural wonder.

Took the family on a cross country drive from Baltimore MD. They loved it. The look of awe on my teens faces were priceless. They must have stood there and gazed for at least 10 minutes.

The Grand Canyon is spectacular. However, you are forced to park and take the resort buses to a fake western town that was embarrassing in its amateurishness. At the sky walk, you are prohibited from taking your own camera or phone so that you have...More

We rented a convertible in Las Vegas and left at 7:30am and arrived at Grand Canyon West (GCW) by 10:00am. The drive was beautiful with easy to follow directions provided by GCW in our reservation. There isn't much between Vegas and GCW, but if you...More

Gorgeous views, superior expansive history and scenery. Busy and prebook your tour otherwise you will not be able to enter. If you are in Arizona, this is a must experience trip for you and the entire family or friends.

The tour does not go through any caves. However, you do see natural waterfalls, various scenic formations and you have a picnic stop along the Colorado River. It's a full day and a real "bucket list" experience.
