Turkey has great archeological sites, Knidos is not one of the best ones but if you are in Datça peninsula, you should definitely visit. The entrance is 10 lira, free with Museum Card. The view from the upper part is unique. I wish there is...More

took the boat to get there but worth it ... read about it before and try to follow a map or so - cause the ticket office doesn't seem to know a lot but what a thrill to visit a sight so often mentioned in...More

If you would like to reach Knidos more easily and enjoy the view as well as the sea, go with a boat trip. It costs around 15$ per person including lunch and you can swim in the most treasured areas. Knidos is a wonderful archaeological...More

Very much off the beaten track so be vigilant on the roads. Take your own water/food as when we went, there was a school trip so the cafe was not available (e.g no seating).

We visited Knidos as part of a day trip to Datça from Marmaris. We started here and worked our way back. We wish the weather was not SO unbearably hot that we could have enjoyed this site more. Bring lots of water, a good hat,...More

The Knidos restaurant at ancient knidos harbour is a rip off. No menu, no prices but in the end it will cost twice as much as anywhere else you might go on the Aegean coast. If you are sailing and decide to stop there for...More

Fabulous place, so much to see and incredibly beautiful. There is probably too much to see in 1 visit and you certainly need a good supply of water to get you round. It's quite. along drive from Datca, but highly recommended.
