To enter the museum, enter the inner yard. They provide you with a laminated guide in various languages. The museum had various exhibits which were very old, and included many things that St Teresa herself used, such as a her pillow, habits, and letters etc....More

Lots of artifacts from the life of St. Teresa. Inexpensive entry, good guides. The museum gives you a good sense how St. Teresa lived, and how it was "back then."

For me as a Christian this was very memorable and deep place in Avila.... I have also understood why Teresa wrote the Interior Castle in this place.:) What an amazing views of the walls of Avila from here:).
