We made the 1 day fansipan tour. It was really nice and a great experience. 6 h of walking, very exhausting but definitely worse it. The tour guide was very nice and we had a really good time.
The price was 60$ and we had to buy the ticket for the cable car to get down, cause it’s to hard to do both ways. The cable car ticket costs 30$, so it was a really expensive tour.
The tourist information Center is really good, they give you all the information you need and very friendly. They give you their WhatsApp number and answer all you questions and are available all the time.

Mrs Uyen was very helpful in recommending and booking local tours and transport back to Hanoi.

We especially enjoyed our day trek through local tribal villages, wandering slowly through picture postcard rice paddies and mountain scenery, dotted with ancient cottages, huts and local stores, brightly dressed locals smiling and greeting us all along the way. May, our guide spoke very good English, was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and sweet natured. A perfect day.
The office has some fascinating photographs of the area before the recent development boom.

The tourist information center is really helpful
Peoples are amazing and have good advices about the things to do and to see like trekk. Thanks Uyen and Tuang for your informations.
I recommend this place !
I did the one day tour with Susu (really good local guide) and it was amazing. I saw the rice fields, learned about bamboo, how making indigo and traditional clothes of ethnic minorities and incense. I met good peoples on this tour and we really enjoyed it. We can take photos and have a lunch time. I have just one advice : Take a bottle of water with you. We visited Lao Chai, Ta Van and Muong Hoa. We started at 9 and come back in the afternoon.
It was beautiful tour !

Not one of the better tourist information centres. No maps available and little in the way of literature. Not much of interest on the walls.

The member of staff I spoke to had excellent English, but was just not too helpful. He came up with a day's car journey which was much more expensive than I eventually got elsewhere.

I've been to at the Tourist Office directly adjacent the BB Hotel on 2 occasions. Both times got outstanding advice and help with planning a trekking tour. The trip they arranged was outstanding and well priced. Noted the majority of the individuals working there spoke 2 3 languages perfectly.
Really pleased with the program they offered. Recommended

We arrived to the center and ordered 4 tickets for sleeping bus . When we arrived to the sleeping bus we discovered that we have no beds there and we suppose to sleep on the floor!
We needed to fight with them for refund. Eventually we found ourselves with no sleeping bus sitting with our bags on the street!
Shame on you!

Walked in to speak to beautifully made up smart looking lady. We wanted to get a local map to help us do a short walk as my husband could only walk later in the day for health reasons. No they dont do maps, we should get a guide. That was it. No offer of ideas for a guide or walks. I do wonder why they are there. ???
