We booked the mountain view seaplane ride with the crab fest at the end. The entire excursion was 3 hours long - and the first hour was literally standing around and waiting. The planes our group was supposed to ride were running late for whatever...More

I have booked the flight and crab fest trip for 7 July 2017. I was worried, however, by the person on Trio Adviser who had the flight cancelled because the float planes had been overbooked. Might this happen again? If the trip doesn't go can we be transferred to one that does .?

Not sure about the float plane. We just went to the crab feed and the boat excursion afterward. We didn't hear about any overbookings on the float planes. They take off from the pier next to the restaurant. There were... More

We are considering this excursion on our Alaska Cruise. Does the flight go over any of the Misty Fjord? I have been told that we should not miss seeing Misty Fjords. So do we do the Misty Fjord Floatplane excusion or do we do this one?

Hi, we will be on an Alaska cruise in August of this year and we're considering booking the Exclusive Flightseeing & Crab Feast. I am seeing conflicting information regarding how much time is actually spent on the plane (1 person states 30 minutes but another stated they were disappointed that it was only 10 minutes in the air). Please let me know. Of course, the longer the better. Thank you and I look forward to flying with you.
