I could have spent the day there. Eagles were talking, chipmunks were chattering, a seal poking his head up to look at us... The colors in this park were so amazing. Walking on their trails were so peaceful..

It is well done and interesting, but not particularly exciting for my interests. It doesn't take very long to go through it.

I love going to Totem Bight. You walk through the forest and walk on the path where the totem poles are. There's a long house that shows how the native people used to live years ago. There is a movie called "Cry Vengeance" that shows...More

The "First Nation Tribes" invite you to their sacred site and hear the stories of their ancestors and Totems. Take time while you'r there to visit the totem lodge and the workshop where you can see the "work in progress."

This place is magical... You have to walk the entire property and read the little signs out on the walkway near the water.... You can walk on the beach and sit at the edge of the water on driftwood. The totems have a story and...More

Beautiful place to visit. We weren't able to go inside the lodge but enjoyed walking around the park and reading about the totems. It was a beautiful, cold winter day. It is right on the water and the views are spectacular.

Saw this amazing park as part of our 3 hour ecotrip with Wild Wolf Tours. Thought it might be hokey, it was anything but! really glad to have gone.

As there is not very big park, it takes just a little time to visit and see amazing Totem Poles. Anyway, loved it. Suggesting to take a cab or shuttle bus.

Can you walk to the park from the cruise ship docking area?

No but you can take the city bus on the main street. There should be a bus stop right in front of the coffee shop, across the street from where the ships arrive.this will save you money.

Do you have to coordinate your own transportation to the departure point or is their a city tour shuttle available that will pick you up from your hotel? If no, is there public transportation available in the surrounding area's such as uber, taxi or bus?

For sure there is shuttle bus to the park and there are some taxis around Ketchikan. There is no problem with transportation.

We are going are in Ketchikan from 7-1. Is this enough time to do the tour that includes the two parks and city? If so what is the duration? It also says times can be arranged, is there possibly something before 10 am?
