An excursion where the tour is a tour where your guides are the real deal. Experienced fisherman and sailors who respect the life and love Alaska. I appreciated the fact that all the touristy things onboard were mentioned tongue and cheek. The development of the...More

This was an awesome excursion. Informative and funny. All the captains have terrific stories to tell you and you get up close and personal with lots of creatures. Well worth the money.

Suitable even for those with decreased mobility, this tour is interesting and interactive. See real catches (and release) and get a taste of what life is like for the fisherman. Could not recommend this more highly. Even my elderly mother had a ball!

They do not kill any fish on this trip. They do pull the pots but everything is thrown back in the water. They do have fish cut up to feed the eagles. But it’s cut up already and you don’t see it.

This really should not be an issue. The entire time is spend on the inside passage not in the open sea.
