Our tour guide Annie Goodenough was very informative & knowledgeable. We took a shuttle to the marina where the 23 of us loaded into a boat designed for whale watching. Unfortunately the weather was overcast which made it harder to spot the whales. The boat...More

Jodi and Derek were awesome guides and led us on a beautiful hike through the Tongass National Forest. Got to see waterfalls, chipmunks, porcupines, Mendenhall glacier (of course), and even a black bear. Very knowledgeable and fun guides, highly recommend.

In 2009, I enjoyed your Photo Safari very much. Next year, I would like to do it again and was wondering if I could skip the hike portion at Mendenhall and spend more time in the Visitor Center?

My husband and I will be traveling with my elderly parents. They are only able to walk short distances so we have rented companion chairs to make the cruise easier for them. Are the trails wheelchair accessible/capable for pushing wheelchairs? Also, if we go whale watching, is there somewhere to stow the folded chairs?

I know our cruise line delineated which excursions were and were not wheelchair accessible. Otherwise, I would check with the company directly about accessibility.
