60 people crammed in the tram. Long lines up and down. Little for you at the top unless you are a hiker. Save your money and time

Ride up and down team was worth it. Felt worried about running into a bear once on top of mountain? Maybe cause it was later in day when there were less people walking around. Would go in daytime when crowded- crowds scare aware the Bears- ha.

A little pricey for the ride up 33$ but the views at the top were great. Saw a presentation on the Tlingit Native Americans which was quite interesting. Lots of trails to walk although did not have the time to do that. If you had time to walk the trails the price would be worth it.

Kids had fun going up the team. It was rainy so the scenery was somewhat limited. Got to see the bald eagle Lady Baltimore at the top who's a beautiful, fully grown bald eagle. The team is somewhat expensive but we only had a few hours to spare before needing to get back on the cruise do it was worth... More

My husband and I were hesitant to do this after reading other reviews. We were in Juneau for 4 days and finally on day 4 said "what the heck, let's try it" - are we glad we did! Yes, the price is steep but if you take the time to walk along the trails and talk to the guides and... More

This was a bit pricey quick ride for a family of 5 but it was worth it for the experience and the scenery from the top of the mountain. There is a souvenir store, restaurant, and theater once you reach the top of the mountain.

If you visit Juneau, the tram ride is a pleasant and easy thing to do. There's a nice gift shop, and once on top of the mountain the views are absolutely breathtaking. The trails are pretty easy, but could be marked better as to the distance involved. We booked this as part of a package that included a Gray Line... More

Tram is pricey and may not be worth it just to ride up and down. However, the trails are gorgeous with views of Juneau and the harbor - we walked an hour or so and could have walked much further. Also had a very nice meal (our best in Juneau) at the restaurant on the top. Had to wait a... More

The Mount Roberts Trail is located within walking distance of downtown and is one of the most beautiful trails in Juneau. As a bonus it provides a great opportunity most hikes don't, you can get a ride down the mountain!!! Start at the trail head and hike for as long as you want. Once you hike past the Tram depot...
